Rice Cheddar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sliced green onions (and tops)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. diced pimento
    1 c. diced Cheddar
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until soft.
    Add rice and pimentos. Cook over low heat until rice is thoroughly heated.
    Stir in cheese. Add salt and pepper.
