Low-Fat Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lo-cal vanilla instant pudding
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 c. 1% milk
    2 c. powdered milk
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 1/2 c. fresh fruit, crushed to pulp with juice
Preparation
    Mix milks together with slow mixer or whisk.
    Add sugar; mix well.
    Add fruit and juice, then add pudding mix.
    Mix well. Freeze according to directions with the ice cream freezer.
    Makes 1 gallon.
