Chicken With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/3 c. chicken broth or Port wine
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
minced fresh parsley (optional)
paprika (optional)
Preparation

In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
With a slotted spoon, remove mushrooms and set aside.
Reserve butter in the skillet.
