Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small container sour cream
    1 pkg. wide egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onion together; drain.
    Add mushrooms, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
    Let simmer on low for 5 minutes. Add flour, stirring constantly.
    Add cream of chicken soup.
    Add sour cream immediately before serving.
    Serve over previously boiled egg noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
