Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut thick
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. flour
    2 c. tomatoes
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the steak to taste.
    Flour lightly.
    Brown steak on both sides.
    Put green peppers and onions over steak and add tomatoes.
    Cook in a moderate oven for 2 hours, using a covered pan.
