Fluffy Cocoa Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. cocoa
3 3/4 c. powdered sugar
7 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add cocoa.
Heat and boil 1 minute or until smooth, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Alternately add sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Thicken with more powdered sugar or thin with more milk, if needed.
Blend in vanilla.
Fills and frosts two 8-inch round layers or one 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
