Peach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. diced fresh or canned peaches, patty dry
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease or line 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons flour.
    In a medium bowl, combine remaining flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix well.
    In mixer bowl cream butter and sugar, adding eggs, one at a time, beating at low speed.
