Ingredients

36 saltine crackers
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. oleo
Preparation

Line a jelly roll pan with foil; top with crackers side by side in a single layer.
In a small saucepan, melt oleo.
Stir in sugar; cook and stir for 1 minute.
Drizzle over entire surface of crackers.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until coconut is golden.
Cool.
Store in airtight container.
