Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, skinned and cut in halves
4 thighs, skinned
4 legs
1 c. mushroom soup
2 c. chicken soup broth
1 pkg. Lipton dried onion soup mix
1 c. long grain rice
paprika
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped (if desired)
Preparation

First mix Lipton dried onion soup mix with other soups.
Butter casserole dish.
Sprinkle rice on bottom of pan.
Place chicken on rice then add chicken broth and mushroom soup over all.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours, covered. Uncover and bake 30 minutes or more until chicken is brown in 375\u00b0 oven.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
