Tupperware Bread Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soft shortening
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. more flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir in the sugar, flour and the salt; beat until smooth.
    Add the soft shortening, egg and 1 1/4 cups more flour; beat until smooth.
    Scrape down sides of bowl and seal.
    Let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes.
