Whole-Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 egg *
1 tsp. baking soda
cooking oil
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In medium bowl, stir dry ingredients together with a fork. Beat egg slightly into buttermilk and add to flour mixture with 1 tablespoon oil, mixing until moistened.
