Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef chuck strips or lean hamburger
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 to 1 tsp. ginger
    1 c. green and red pepper strips
    2 c. bouillon
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 to 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    touch of brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion and garlic in oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, soy sauce, sherry and brown sugar (if desired). Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving. Makes 4 servings.
