Mother'S Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
cinnamon

Preparation

Mix sugar, butter and flour like pie crust.
Save 3/4 of mix and set aside.
To remaining mix, add baking powder and mix well. Beat eggs; add to milk and vanilla.
Add to mix.
Take and set aside mix and add cinnamon to make crumbs to top the cake.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
