Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Add eggs and oil and stir with wooden spoon until mixed well. Do not beat with mixer.
Add vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas; mix well.
Pour into 3 (9-inch) cake pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Cool in pans.
