Carrots And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 stick oleo
    1 small carton Velveeta cheese
    1/4 lb. crackers
Preparation
    Slice and cook 2 pounds carrots.
    Melt 1/3 stick oleo and 1 small carton Velveeta cheese.
    Drain carrots and mix with butter and cheese.
    Melt 2/3 stick oleo and put in 1/4 pound crackers. Brown the crackers for 15 minutes, then put on top of carrots. Heat in moderate oven.
