Heavenly Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix, baked as directed
    1 c. sugar
    1 large instant vanilla pudding
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (use juice)
    3 bananas
    1 small container Cool Whip
    coconut and nuts (to cover cake)
Preparation
    Cook cake first.
    Boil the pineapple juice and sugar together for 5 minutes. Pour over cake (9 x 13-inch pan) while still warm. Cool cake.
    Add sliced bananas and pineapple to top of cake.
    Fix pudding as directed.
    Pour over bananas.
    Put Cool Whip on next. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts if you like, then refrigerate.
