Pineapple-Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Add beaten eggs, oil, grated carrots, pineapple, vanilla and nuts. Place in 2 large greased loaf pans or 1 large and 2 small loaf pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
