Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. fine egg noodles
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    2 oz. pimento
    2 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Preparation
    Cook noodles in chicken broth.
    Cook pork sausage until redness is gone.
    Combine all ingredients and bake in casserole dish until tender for 1 1/2 hours, stirring once.
    If liquid is needed, add chicken broth.
