Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cook carrots.
Cut into lengthwise strips.
In skillet, stir brown sugar, salt and butter until bubbly.
Add carrots; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 5 to 10 minutes or until carrots are glazed and heated thoroughly.
Makes 5 or 6 servings.
