Easy Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Vanilla wafers
    4 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 egg
    Can of pie filling, your choice
    Cup cake papers
Preparation
    Put a wafer in each of the cupcake papers. Dab each with butter.
    Mix next 5 ingredients spooning cup 1/2 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Place 1 Tbsp. pie filling on each.
