Dilly Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh dill
    1 clove garlic
    1 hot pepper
    1 qt. cider vinegar
    small, firm green tomatoes
    1 stalk celery
    2 qt. water
    1 c. kosher salt
Preparation
    Pack tomatoes in Mason jars.
    Add first 4 ingredients (dill, garlic, celery and pepper) to each jar.
    Cook water, vinegar and salt for 5 minutes.
    Fill jars half-full and seal.
    Makes about 8 quart jars.
