Corn Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can golden corn
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 medium-size can mushrooms
    3 slices bacon
    6 sprigs parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter and add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Add corn, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Add unbeaten egg yolks.
    Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from fire and add mushrooms. Fold in the beaten egg whites and pour in buttered baking dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with parsley and with bacon, cut in small pieces and fried crisp.
