You'Re Lucky If Any Is Left - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (8 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix pudding and milk.
    Add cream cheese.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Mix pineapple, cornstarch and lemon juice; cook unti thick.
    Set aside until cool.
    Layer graham crackers in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Do not crush the crackers.
    Put a layer of crackers and a layer of filling.
    Repeat until all are used up.
    Top with pineapple filling.
    Put in refrigerator overnight or until it sets.
    Will slice beautiful if cold.
