Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 large bananas, mashed
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 small pkg. vanilla pudding mix
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mash and whip bananas very lightly.
    In another bowl, cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, soda and nuts alternately with bananas.
    Add pineapple and pudding mix.
    Place in greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 65 minutes or until done.
