Harvest Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. fine chopped onion
1/4 tsp. basil leaves (dry)
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves (dry)
2 lb. potatoes, sliced thin
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine seasonings in bowl.
Place 2 tablespoons melted margarine in 10-inch skillet.
Arrange 1/3 potatoes in circular pattern.
Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon seasoning, 4 tablespoons melted margarine and 2 tablespoons onion.
Repeat layers twice. Cover tightly with foil.
Press down.
Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0. Remove foil.
Cook 20 minutes more.
Let stand 10 minutes before putting in serving dish.
