Pumpkin Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 large can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks butter, cut in pieces
3/4 c. whipping cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon and eggs.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Top this with yellow cake mix (sprinkle, do not mix).
Sprinkle pecans on top of cake mix.
Cover nuts with pieces of butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Let cool completely.
Beat whipping cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar together and spread on top of cooled pie.
