Salsa Sauce Hors D'Oeuvre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato, diced fine
    1 medium onion, diced fine
    6 diced fine jalapeno peppers with seeds
    1 large lemon or lime (juice only)
    2 large garlic, mashed
    24 sprigs cilantro, chopped fine
    6 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    We use a manual food grinder with coarse blade for all dicing. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Place in 3-quart saucepan on medium heat, stir frequently.
    Add cornstarch and bring to low boil.
    Take off from heat.
    Let cool before putting in containers.
    The longer it sets the better it gets.
    Serve with chips.
    Makes about 2 quarts.
