Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread and break up.
    Melt margarine and pour over bread crumbs.
    Place mustard, salt, pepper, egg yolks, milk, cheese and bread crumbs together and mix.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into egg mixture.
    Pour into buttered baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
