Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. cooked, pureed pumpkin or 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients.
    Beat together eggs, oil and pumpkin.
    Add to dry mixture.
    Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 25 to 30 servings.
