Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Vidalias, sliced in 1/4-inch rings
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
Tabasco to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until limp, add these to eggs, well beaten with sour cream.
Add several shakes of Tabasco and salt and pepper.
Mix all well and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Top heavily with Parmesan cheese and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
