Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 c. undiluted condensed cream of celery soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked (2 c.)
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    curly endive
    lemon wedges
    cucumber twists
Preparation
    Combine the salad dressing, soup, egg, onion, green pepper, lemon juice and salt; mix well.
    Add the salmon and bread crumbs; toss lightly.
    Place in a well-greased 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Unmold and surround with endive.
    Garnish with lemon wedges and cucumber twists.
