Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large tomatoes, peeled
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Once the tomatoes are peeled, cut them into wedges and set aside.
    In a medium saucepan, saute the onions and bell pepper in the butter briefly, until slightly soft.
    Add the honey and tomato wedges; cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
