Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour (sifted)
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Sift first 5 ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and vanilla gradually.
    Add this to dry ingredients. Slowly stir in zucchini.
    Mix 1 teaspoon flour and nuts.
    Add zucchini and nuts to other mixture.
    Grease and flour loaf or cake pan (tube).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan, then 10 minutes on rack.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
