Old-Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add beaten eggs and mix well.
    Stir in oleo and milk.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
