Canadian Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. whole Canadian style bacon (fully cooked)
whole cloves
1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Score fat on side of bacon.
Place bacon, scored side up, in 9 x 5-inch glass dish.
Insert cloves in top of bacon.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread over top.
Microwave for 10 minutes on Medium-high (roast).

Microwave for 10 to 20 minutes on Medium-high (roast) or until meat is heated through (about 120\u00b0).
Let stand 5 minutes.
