Coconut Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
    1/4 c. rum
    additional flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, coconut and nuts in a large bowl.
    Add condensed milk and rum.
    Mix well and chill for 4 hours.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in coconut.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes approximately 8 dozen.
