Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 c. popped corn
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Divide popcorn between 2 cake pans.
Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in soda (will be foamy).
Cover popcorn with caramel sauce and bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
