Stuffing For Chicken Or Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

water
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
3 celery stems
1 chopped small onion
1 1/2 lb. pork hamburg
4 slices white bread
milk
8 graham crackers, crushed
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Simmer in a little water and butter or oleo the celery and onion until soft.
Add hamburg and simmer until redness is gone. Do not cook the rest.
Soak bread in milk.
Squeeze out excess. Break into pieces.
Add to meat plus graham crackers, egg and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix thoroughly and stuff into chicken or turkey.
Bake.
