Toasted Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar with well beaten eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Scald 1/2 cup milk and add butter.
    Add to batter while warm.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in a square pan for 25 minutes. When done, add topping made with coconut, brown sugar and butter; brown in broiler.
