Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe

2 lb. hamburger
2 cans (29 oz.) tomato sauce
15 Tbsp. chili powder (yes, 15)
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 or 2 dashes red pepper
extra thin spaghetti
shredded mild Colby cheese
oyster crackers
Preparation

Brown hamburger and drain the grease.
Next, puree cooked hamburger in a food processor.
This step is essential, as the texture of the chili is important.
