Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in large bowl; set aside.
    Cream shortening.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add flour mixture alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
    Add vanilla and mix until well blended.
    Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
    Spoon half of batter into lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Sprinkle with half of sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
    Makes 1 (9-inch) loaf.
