Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices baked ham
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 small onion
2 c. milk
Preparation

Lightly pound chicken breasts.
Layer chicken with cheese and ham.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
In a large skillet, melt butter and brown chicken rolls.
Remove from pan.
Brown mushrooms and onion.
Stir in flour and mix well.
Add milk, stirring constantly over medium heat until thickens.
Remove toothpicks from rolls.
Return chicken to pan.
Cover and simmer approximately 20 minutes.
