Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs and beat.
Add buttermilk and dry ingredients.
When ingredients are thoroughly blended, add bananas, vanilla and nuts.
Turn mixture into a large loaf pan that is well-greased.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
This freezes well.
Sometimes, I use 2 pans and bake less.
