Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. raw rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. dried dill weed
    2 c. tomato juice
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix meat ball ingredients. Form into 1 1/2 to 2-inch meat balls. Put into large pot. Add tomato juice and water. Simmer about 45 minutes. Serve with fresh garden salad.
