Baked Halibut With Sour Cream And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. halibut fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
dash of dill seed (optional)
1/2 c. chopped green onion tops
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Place
boneless
halibut
in well buttered baking dish. Combine all ingredients (except cheese) and pour over halibut. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over
top
and turn oven broiler on just long enough to brown cheese lightly.
