Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cubed sirloin steak
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter
4 sliced green onions
5 Tbsp. flour
1 can condensed beef broth
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
6 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation

Sprinkle meat cubes with salt and pepper.
Saute meat in butter.
Push meat aside; add onions and cook slowly until transparent.
Push aside.
Stir flour into drippings.
Add beef broth and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and add mustard.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Before serving, add mushrooms and sour cream.
Heat through.
Serve over rice or noodles.
