Black Forest Cake(From Four Seasons Restaurant) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 whole eggs
    5 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 lb. butter, melted (1 stick)
    1/2 c. Simple Syrup flavored with a drop of Kirsch*
    1 pt. whipped cream, flavored with 2 Tbsp. Kirsch
    1 (1 lb.) can pitted black Bing cherries, drained on paper towels
    2 oz. sweetened chocolate
Preparation
    *To prepare Simple Syrup, boil 1 cup sugar and 2 cups water for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Flavor as desired.
