Acapulco Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3 green onions
    1 can diced Mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. of your favorite salsa
Preparation
    Brown chicken breast in butter or oil until cooked thoroughly in deep skillet.
    In saucepan, melt the cheese soup (do not add milk or water).
    Add the tomatoes, chopped green onions and salsa. Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.
    Pour cheese sauce over chicken and heat in medium oven about 20 minutes until warm. Serve with Spanish rice and enjoy.
