Scandinavian Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg yolk
    1 c. flour
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    jelly
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients in the order given.
    Form dough into little balls (size of walnut).
    Roll in egg white, then in nuts. Place on greased cookie sheet, then thumbprint them.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Fill with jelly.
    For holidays, fill with red and green jelly.
