Turkey Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bones from 12 lb. turkey
6 c. cold water
2 tsp. salt
2 c. coarsely cut celery and few leaves
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 carrots, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Place bones compactly in kettle.
Add the next five ingredients.
Cover.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Strain.
You may add the meat back to the broth, or serve without.
Add dried parsley and soup noodles back to the broth, cooking until done.
